SC Proven® products are carefully packaged and shipped anywhere in the world (some restrictions may apply*). We will confirm your order upon receipt, ship your order as promptly as possible and update you regarding anticipated delivery. Please note that orders received by 12 noon (GMT) on Thursdays will usually be shipped the following week, subject to availability.

Cell Culture Products and Stem Cell Lysates
Levels of Shipping Service
SC Proven cell culture products and lysate reagents are always frozen at -20°C when packed for shipping. Provided that the product arrives at less than 4°C, it can be refrozen for long-term storage or stored directly at 4°C for use within one month.
Premium:
Shipped on dry ice by our premium couriers. Dry ice will be replenished, by the courier if necessary, during unexpected delays, e.g., customs or traffic. If product does not arrive frozen, we will replace at no additional cost. Please contact us for details and pricing.
Standard:
Shipped on dry ice by our standard couriers. Dry ice will not be replenished. Shipment will be packed with sufficient dry ice to keep product frozen for expected duration of transit, but if there are unexpected delays, product may begin to thaw.
Economy:
Shipped without dry ice. Temperature of products upon arrival will depend upon duration of transit and amount of product in shipment. This method has been successfully adopted by customers in the past who wish to minimize shipping costs on NDiff N2B27, RHB-A and RHB-Basal products. Economy shipping is not available for GS1-R, GS2-M, iSTEM or NDiff N2.

SC Proven antibody reagents are all shipped without dry ice at room temperature using the economy tariff. Temperature of products upon arrival will depend upon duration of transit and amount of product in shipment. Upon receipt, the product should be transferred to 2-8°C for long-term storage.
