Purified Whole Stem Cell Lysates

We offer unique total cell genomic DNA (gDNA), RNA and protein lysate reagents purified from homogenous stem cell populations for your intra-comparative studies, such as Epigenetic fingerprinting, Southern, Western and Northern blots, PCR, RT-PCR, and microarrays.

These products are affinity-purified from the whole cell lysates of either naïve or ‘ground state’¹ pluripotent stem cell lines or from homogenous neural stem² (NS) cell lines propagated in our proprietary SC Proven media. Hence they are free of the contaminants that can impact the analysis performance of other lysate products, such as animal-serum components and those derived from heterogeneous cell lines and / or feeder cell populations. Competitively priced against crude lysate alternatives, our lysate products offer the added value of higher purity for superior analytical performance.
