Purified Whole Stem Cell Lysates

We offer unique total cell genomic DNA (gDNA), RNA and protein lysate reagents purified from homogenous stem cell populations for your intra-comparative studies, such as Epigenetic fingerprinting, Southern, Western and Northern blots, PCR, RT-PCR, and microarrays.

These products are affinity-purified from the whole cell lysates of either naïve or ‘ground state’1 pluripotent stem cell lines or from homogenous neural stem2 (NS) cell lines propagated in our proprietary SC Proven media. Hence they are free of the contaminants that can impact the analysis performance of other lysate products, such as animal-serum components and those derived from heterogeneous cell lines and / or feeder cell populations. Competitively priced against crude lysate alternatives, our lysate products offer the added value of higher purity for superior analytical performance.
