Mouse ES Cell Culture

N2B27 has also been shown to be able to support the serum-free, feeder-free culture of mouse ES cells when supplemented as described in Ying QL et al (2003)2.

Anterior Definitive Endoderm (ADE) Differentiation of Mouse ES Cells

N2B27 has been used to optimize methods for the differentiation of mouse ES cells into ADE3, the precursor cells that eventually form the liver and pancreas.
