Preparation and Storage

STEM24 is generated from cell culture supernatants in low serum conditions and is purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) containing 0.02% sodium azide. Store at 2-8°C. The phycoerythrin- and allophycocyanin-conjugated forms of STEM24 are light sensitive and should be protected from light.

Usage/Application

STEM24 can be used in the detection and isolation of cells by fluorescence activated cell-sorting (FACS). The antibody can be used at a dilution of 1:100 for FACS analysis. It is recommended that investigators determine optimal conditions for use of STEM24 in their own experiments.
