StemCells, Inc. to Present at Morgan Stanley Small Cap Executive Conference

PALO ALTO, Calif. ( June 9, 2005) – StemCells, Inc. (NASDAQ: STEM) today announced that it will present at the Morgan Stanley Small Cap Executive Conference in New York, New York on Wednesday, June 15, 2005 at 8:00 am EDT. Following the presentation, Martin McGlynn, chief executive officer of StemCells will answer questions regarding the company.
